How do I track my order?
Once placed, go to Order History and tap your order to see live tracking.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placing. Go to Order History → your order → Cancel.
How do loyalty points work?
Earn 1 point for every ₹1 spent. 10 points = ₹1 off. Redeem at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. We also accept cash for dine-in.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 30–45 minutes depending on your location and kitchen load.
Is Tamba 100% vegetarian?
Yes! Tamba Restro is a 100% pure vegetarian restaurant. All our pizzas, burgers, mocktails, and desserts are made in a pure vegetarian kitchen with fresh, premium ingredients.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days. See our Refund Policy page.
